FAQs

Why Is a Notarized Power of Attorney Required?

A Power of Attorney grants our dispatch company limited authority to act on behalf of your motor carrier business for dispatch-related activities.

This authorization allows us to:

  • Negotiate freight rates

  • Communicate with brokers and shippers

  • Obtain load information

  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries

  • Manage dispatch operations on your behalf

Because this document grants legal authority, it must be properly executed and authenticated.

Why Is the Notary Seal Important?

The Notary Public seal serves as official verification that:

✓ The person signing the document is who they claim to be.

✓ The signature was made voluntarily.

✓ The document was signed in the presence of an authorized Notary Public.

✓ The authorization is legally valid and properly executed.

Many brokers, shippers, and business partners rely on notarized documentation to verify that a dispatch company has been legitimately authorized to represent a carrier.

Without a valid notary seal, the Power of Attorney may be rejected and we may be unable to perform dispatch services on your behalf.

Important Notice

For your protection and ours, dispatch services cannot begin until we have received and approved a properly completed and notarized Power of Attorney form.

Incomplete, unsigned, or non-notarized documents will be returned for correction.

Thank you for helping us maintain compliance, protect your business interests, and establish a secure professional relationship.
