Carrier Authorization & Power of Attorney Requirements

​We Cannot Dispatch Loads Until Your POA Is Completed

To legally represent your trucking company and communicate with brokers, shippers, and freight partners on your behalf, our dispatch service requires a completed Power of Attorney (POA) form.

Before we can begin dispatching your trucks, you must:

Step 1: Download the Power of Attorney Form

Step 2: Complete the Form

Fill out all required information accurately, including:

  • Carrier company name

  • MC Number

  • DOT Number

  • Business address

  • Authorized company representative

  • Contact information

Please review the document carefully before signing.

Step 3: Sign the POA in the Presence of a Notary Public

The Power of Attorney must be signed in front of a licensed Notary Public.

The Notary Public will:

  • Verify your identity

  • Witness your signature

  • Complete the notarial certificate

  • Apply their official seal or stamp

Step 4: Submit Your Notarized POA

Once the document has been notarized, upload or email the completed form to our office.

A Power of Attorney grants our dispatch company limited authority to act on behalf of your motor carrier business for dispatch-related activities.

Why Is the Notary Seal Important?

The Notary Public seal serves as official verification that:

✓ The person signing the document is who they claim to be.

✓ The signature was made voluntarily.

✓ The document was signed in the presence of an authorized Notary Public.

✓ The authorization is legally valid and properly executed.

Many brokers, shippers, and business partners rely on notarized documentation to verify that a dispatch company has been legitimately authorized to represent a carrier.

Without a valid notary seal, the Power of Attorney may be rejected and we may be unable to perform dispatch services on your behalf.

For your protection and ours, dispatch services cannot begin until we have received and approved a properly completed and notarized Power of Attorney form.

Incomplete, unsigned, or non-notarized documents will be returned for correction.
